David Jin

David recently joined Transworld as a Business Advisor, helping business owners exit with pride and buyers invest with confidence - while navigating both sides of the transaction with transparency, dignity, and respect. Prior to relocating to the United States in 2019, David served as CEO of a publicly listed company in China, where he led complex restructuring initiatives and delivered sustainable growth.

David is passionate about guiding business owners through successful transitions, ensuring legacy preservation and value realization. As an active angel investor for more than a decade, David has invested in multiple startups—including several unicorns—bringing strategic insight and a global perspective to early-stage ventures. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his family.

Tell us a bit about what you do — what sort of services do you and Transworld provide?

As a trusted business advisor, I help business owners sell their businesses confidentially and guide individuals in buying the right business or franchise with confidence.

What made you decide to join Transworld? There are several reasons I joined Transworld Business Advisors Boston. First, I believe business owners in Western Massachusetts are underserved when it comes to selling their businesses. Second, I bring over 20 years of experience operating businesses of various sizes and have successfully sold my own business, which allows me to help owners navigate the complex process with confidence. Finally, Transworld has a proven track record—over 250 offices worldwide and more than 15,000 businesses sold in the past 45 years.
