Tiffany Thibodeau Consulting has been in operation for 4 years and has focused on grant consulting for three years.

Tell us about bit about your business! What services do you provide?

I help nonprofit organizations develop their grant strategy and manage their pre-award grant process, which includes identifying funding opportunities, narrative development, and grant budget preparation, as well as grant reporting.

I work with organizations in three main ways: (1) on an ongoing basis serving as the organization’s grants department; (2) a one-week-long engagement to identify grants for your organization and develop a written case for support; and (3) one-on-one consultations.

What made you decide to start Tiffany Thibodeau Consulting?

After 20+ years of experience spanning nonprofit development, communications, operations, and education, establishing Tiffany Thibodeau Consulting has allowed me to work at the intersection of my passions. In my work, I help organizations find and secure critical resources to do good in our communities. I especially love helping youth-serving organizations secure the funding they need to provide programs and services that increase access to opportunities and improve outcomes for young people.
